Jin and Sun are discussing baby names, but Sun does not want to pick a name until they’re off the island. In a flash forward, Sun goes into labour. The baby is in distress, and she calls out for Jin. Meanwhile Jin is rushing around a toy store looking for a stuffed panda bear. He’s in a hurry to get to the maternity ward, and doesn’t even know if it’s a boy or a girl.
Sayid and Desmond are slipped a note that reads, “Don’t trust the captain.” Desmond learns that the freighter is owned by Charles Widmore, and Sayid discovers that Michael is on the freighter working undercover as a deckhand.
At the beach camp, Sun’s worries about getting off the island are compounded when Kate reveals that Charlotte attacked her. Sun confronts Faraday and asks if they are there to rescue them. Faraday is evasive and says it really isn’t his call to make. Sun decides she and Jin should relocate to Locke’s camp, but Juliet tries to stop Sun, saying she needs to get off the island or she will die. When Sun refuses, Juliet reveals that Sun had an affair.
Jin is very upset but they eventually make up and Sun confirms that the baby is indeed his.
In the flash forward, Sun gives birth to a baby girl. Jin rushes to the maternity ward with the panda, but he’s visiting someone else – Jin’s story is a flash back, and he’s only been married for two months. In the flash forward, Hurley visits Sun and the baby. They go to a cemetery – to see Jin’s grave.
