Heroes season two finally comes alive after a lacklustre start, and it has more than a little to do with the arrival of one Kristen Bell, not to mention her ‘electric’ personality. Peter is still passing away his hours of amnesia with Caitlin when Bell’s Elle appears at the shipping yard. Working for the company, she’s has been sent to find Peter but the forgetful one is starting to remember, his memory jogged by his opening of the box. Accordingly, Elle accosts Liam Fitzpatrick but his refusal to give up Peter finds him receiving the short end of her powers.

Parkman and Mohinder are caring for Molly when Nathan decides to partner up with Matt and the two bust into Parkman’s father’s apartment. Parkman Sr explains about the Alliance of 12 that formed initially to save the world but is surprised to learn of his son’s psychic abilities. It’s not long before he reveals his evil side though, throwing Matt and Nathan a particularly nasty mind-bending curveball which sees Nathan think he’s on the Deveaux roof and Matt think he’s in prison. The two start fighting in their own warped visions before realising they are actually fighting themselves. Oh, to have an analogy for the characters inner turmoil…

Meanwhile, Mohinder takes Molly to the Company against Noah’s advice where Bob instructs him to pick up another girl who needs help. Nikki then arrives and attacks Bob, Mohinder stepping in at the last minute and subduing her with a tazer. We then find Monica chatting with Micah, the two of them bonding, when there is a knock at the door and they open it to find Mohinder. All the while Ando is busy beavering away translating the scrolls Hiro left for him, trying to unravel what happened to his friend.
