Nathan visits his mother in hospital along with Matt. She confesses to pushing Kaito Nakamura off the building but Matt knows this to be false. Nathan then shows him the complete version of the photograph comprised of a tantalising who’s who including Linderman, Nathan’s parents, Mohinder’s boss Bob, Charles Deveaux, a couple of unidentified folk as well as Matt’s father.

Maya and Alejandro, along with the American prisoner Derek, are travelling by car when they come across a body in the middle of the road that turns out to be Sylar. Picking him up, Maya explains they’re going to New York but when they stop at a gas station, Derek, recognising the twins in a newspaper, concocts a plan with Sylar to turn them in. Sylar has other ideas though and gets rid of Derek explaining he will help Maya and her brother get to New York to find Mohinder.

Micah meanwhile is using his powers for the greater good, or to be more exact, to turn on a TV to watch a pay-per view wrestling match. Things aren’t going as well for Monica though who fails to get the promotion at the burger restaurant. However, the day after she is knocked back, she stops a robbery at the restaurant using a kick exactly the same as one in the wrestling match. When the manger asks where she leant to do it, she rather understatedly replies, “On TV”.

Claire’s relationship with West is hotting up too, despite Noah’s reservations, and Matt asks a favour of Molly. Showing her the photo, he asks her to find his father but once she has pinpointed his location she screams and collapses unconscious. The episode ends with Matt, his thoughts filled with Molly’s cries for help.
