Baltar has broadcast a message claiming that Roslin has shared hallucinogenic visions with both Athena and Number Six. Roslin tells Tory that she knows Tory is sleeping with Baltar, and suggests she use her connection to find out where he's getting his information.

Something goes wrong with the Demetrius' FTL drive and the basestar jumps into the middle of the fleet alone. The fleet jumps to emergency coordinates and Adama prepares to attack, but Colonel Tigh figures out that something isn't right and orders a weapons hold moments before the Demetrius jumps into view.

The Cylons are brought aboard Galactica where Natalie explains the civil war to Adama and Roslin. She also explains about the Threes, and says that D'Anna can help identify the final five Cylons. She proposes that Galactica takes her to the boxing facility, a remote Cylon ship, where she will unbox the Threes and Galactica can destroy the facility – which will forever prevent the Cylons from downloading into new bodies. Tigh wants to forget the unboxing and blow everything sky high, but Roslin and Adama accept the deal.

Athena has a visionary dream of the opera house and sees Six and Baltar taking Hera away. When she sees Hera drawing pictures of Six, Athena becomes paranoid that the opera house vision may be about to come true. She finds Natalie in Galatica's corridors and shoots her dead. At the same time, Roslin and Baltar go to talk to The Hybrid. They plug her in and The Hybrid screams &Jump!& The basestar disappears, taking Baltar and Roslin with it.
