I might have to buy an Xbox 360 just to play Msss Effect 2, as I've heard it's brilliant. I only have a Wii and being a Nintendo fan I wish we could see this on the Wii (or something similar) in the near future...

Hope it's not too long in the near future, as I've almost forgotten the cliffhanger and story already. Maybe Five can show us it again from the start, nearer the time the rest of the season is about to start. It was OK, but they need to give us more action and less soapy drama.

As long as we don't suddenly get hit by loads of really bad films just because they are doing them cheaply we should be OK. I loved all of the films you mentioned - wasn't Moon done on the cheap too? It still was brill and looked fantastic. I still want a mega-budget Legend Of Zelda trilogy one day though....dreams.... :)

Maybe this has just gone over my head but what does this mean again? I've not seen the original Tron so I might be alien to it. Is it a game and is it easy to get into? BTW Tron Legacy looks ace!

Good to hear that they are still talking about doing Man Of Steel, but do we really have to wait that long for it? After the lukewarm Superman Returns, the next movie should have a director like Nolan who would do it justice... Better yet, after Sam Raimi FINALLY gives us Evil Dead 4, he should concentrate on Man Of Steel. He would be a great director.

As for the third Batman film, I always hoped that they would give us more action and more batmobile. The bike is cool, but nothing can beat the original vehicle!

I run a website filled with reviews of graphic novels. Using the magic of Google Analytics, I can reveal that movies definitely create enormous spikes of traffic on comics websites. Some of that will translate into sales, though I suspect many turn up just for the information too. So yes, I think source material is sought out.

It certaintly worked that way for me,I love comic book movies especially Spider-Man 2,X-Men 2,Batman (1989) The Dark Knight,The Incredible Hulk,Blade,Iron Man,Daredevil,Punisher: War Zone,The Crow & many more.
Anyway I can remember back in the summer of 2003 when I saw the excellent X-Men 2 & the really boring Hulk film from Ang Lee,and from that moment on I began collecting Marvel & DC back issues & trade paperbacks.
I've been an avid reader ever since.

Can't wait to see season three of Chuck (do we have a release date over here yet?) and it's great news if we do get a fourth! It's funny and action packed every week, and apart from Chuck my fave characters are Casey and Morgan! Wonder who the guest line up for season three will be? More Scott Backula though please!

Terra Nova - After the brilliant Taken this could be another hit for one of my great directors, so it will be interesting to see where he's going to take this...

Betwixt - Might be like Charmed but that show was one of my guilty pleasures and much better than that awful Eastwick, so I'm hoping this is going to be quirky, modern and full of magic.

The Cape - This needs to be something different if it's to stand out from Heroes, so I hope they make it their own and give us different super powers...

Nine Lives - Again Speilberg? Cool.

The Walking Dead - I've been meaning to grab this graphic novel so is it any good? After all the vampire shows doing the rounds at the moment, it's good to see a zombie one. I did a pilot script for a zombie series once but then Dead Set came along...

The Gates - Sounds like that X Files episode they did where Mulder and Scully pose as a married couple in a small sinister town (can't remember what it's called) but still a cool and creepy premise...

No Ordinary Family - Again sounds like Heroes...

Game Of Thrones - This could be good but I've not read the books. Love Legend Of The Seeker though - does anyone else?

I love superhero movies especially Spider-Man 2, Iron Man, Incredible Hulk and Batman. I am looking forward to Thor aswell as Kick Ass, and I would love to start reading the comics. I am a big fsn of 2000ad, and even though I am 29, I am not afraid to take it out at work and read it like I did today!

The problem is where to start. For instance, I will seek out Ultimate Spider-Man Vol. 1, but what about Iron Man and indeed Batman? I shall start with these two and hopefully some people can suggest to me what to go for...
