The sequel to the excellent 2008 survival horror game Dead Space is on the horizon, and publisher EA has revealed a little more about the title via this trailer:
The first game, which was heavily inspired by movies like Alien, Aliens and Event Horizon can be found for under £10 at most online retailers – you should track it down, it’s really rather good. A friend of mine said Dead Space was so scary, they couldn’t finish it. The person in question said the same thing about several episodes of Angel, but still…
Dead Space takes influences from all over the sci-fi shop – you might’ve noticed a couple in the name of the game’s protagonist, Isaac Clarke.

Hopefully this means some Silent Hill 2 style psychological horror is in order. A bit more character development for Isaac wouldn’t hurt either.
Is Dead Space for the Wii any good? Finding it cheaper online so not sure whether to snap it up… anyone recommend it as I only have a Wii!
