The BBC are getting us ready for an emotional goodbye to the Ponds this Saturday in ‘The Angels Take Manhattan’. Matt Smith says, “They bow out in a really marvellous and emotional way,” with writer and showrunner Stephen Moffatt adding that it made his son cry, and apparently his son never cries at television.
On top of that, executive producer Caroline Skinner warned that those who have seen the episode have complained of severe bouts of hayfever to explain their streaming eyes. We don’t fancy our chances, and SciFiNow will be watching with some Kleenex handy. How about you?
