NBC’s The Cape should be one of the season’s highlights – a weekly, standalone show about an ex-cop turned vigilante co-starring Summer Glau. Already, I wanted to watch.
Then, I saw the cape referred to in the title. Bit silly, isn’t it? Hopefully, in action, it’ll look a little more dramatic, but at the moment it looks somewhat derivative of other superheroes. This might be the point, yet it’s true nonetheless.

It’s a bad image, but check out the trailer – it looks kind of promising.
The more I look at the footage the more I’m getting excited about The Cape. This could be The Dark Knight of TV, so fingers crossed! :)
Another Batman imitator? Reminds me of Dark-Man. But it looks worth checking out.
