And of the two series, I prefer SAPPHIRE AND STEEL personally, it&#039;s a brilliant series and is something that should stand as-is. Any makeover would always be compared to it and would probably never be as good.  Similar perhaps to how Richard Carpenter completely nailed ROBIN OF SHERWOOD, and the recent series just cannot hold a candle to it.

You should track down a DVD of SAPPHIRE AND STEEL ... if you like good telefantasy then you won&#039;t be disappointed.</description>
